THE REAL ESTATE ROUTE

A property decision.
A separate citizenship decision.

Saint Lucia’s programme lists A’ILA among its projects open for investment. The published minimum for the approved real estate route is US$300,000, plus applicable administration, processing, due diligence and professional fees. That threshold is not a quote for a particular A’ILA property.

Eligibility, background checks and approval rest with the Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment authorities. Purchasing property alone does not grant citizenship.

A CLEAR DIVISION OF ROLES

From first conversation to application.

01

Explore the property

Tour A’ILA with Growth 1031, Inc. and A’ILA. Request the specific unit, title, purchase terms, costs, construction status and any rental agreement.

02

Meet your authorised agent

McNamara Citizenship Services Inc. is listed by Saint Lucia’s CIP Unit as an authorised agent. Its team handles the citizenship application, document preparation and submission, and communication with the Unit.

03

Government review

The Unit conducts its review, including due diligence and applicable identity verification. It may approve, delay or decline an application. The agent coordinates the required investment and fees according to the official sequence.

04

Citizenship and passport

After approval and completion of requirements, the government grants citizenship. The authorised agent then assists with the separate passport application. Timing and outcome vary by case.

THE APPLICATION TEAM

McNamara Citizenship Services Inc.

For guests who choose to pursue the Saint Lucia CIP route, McNamara is the authorised agent handling the application and passport process. Growth 1031, Inc. introduces the opportunity and hosts the retreat; A’ILA provides the property information.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Five questions worth asking.

  1. What exact interest in the property would I acquire, and when?
  2. Does this particular unit and contract qualify under the current CIP rules?
  3. What are all government, legal, agent, maintenance and closing costs for my family?
  4. What are the holding period, resale, buy-back and rental restrictions?
  5. What is the actual application sequence and the consequence if approval is declined?
