When should I arrive and depart?+

Arrive Wednesday, January 27, 2027. Enjoy four days and three nights, with departure on Saturday, January 30. The A’ILA wellness and property showcase takes place Friday, January 29. Confirm your package and transfer arrangements with Growth 1031, Inc. before booking airfare.

Is this a wellness retreat or an investment event?+

Both. Growth 1031, Inc. and A’ILA have designed a relaxed retreat around wellbeing, island discovery and property exploration. There is one focused ownership showcase, with optional private conversations and ample free time.

Are treatments and wellness programmes included?+

Access to TheLifeCo holistic wellness services (one treatment) is included in the full retreat. Your written package will identify the included wellness session, signature experience and any extra charges. Specialist treatments and dedicated TheLifeCo programmes are arranged separately unless expressly included.

How do I confirm my place?+

Submit your inquiry using the form above. Growth 1031, Inc. will follow up with availability, occupancy, inclusions, payment instructions and cancellation terms. Your place is confirmed only when our team confirms the reservation.

Does the retreat price include a property investment?+

No. The attendance package covers the agreed retreat services. A property purchase is a separate decision and transaction. Current prices, fees, ownership structure and completion status are provided for the specific opportunity.

Can U.S. property be exchanged for Saint Lucia property under Section 1031?+

No. U.S. real property is not like-kind to property outside the United States. Growth 1031, Inc.’s role as co-host does not make an A’ILA purchase eligible as replacement property for a U.S. 1031 exchange. Read the IRS guidance ↗
